Business Development Manager – België
Heylen Warehouses is een Belgisch familiebedrijf, opgericht in 2001, dat zich richt op de ontwikkeling, verhuur en het beheer van hoogwaardig logistiek en light-industrial vastgoed. Met een focus op lange termijn waarde creatie en duurzaamheid, biedt het bedrijf flexibele en toekomstbestendige oplossingen voor logistieke huisvestingsvraagstukken. Heylen Warehouses is actief in de België, Nederland, Frankrijk, Spanje en Denemarken en beheert momenteel meer dan 1,5 miljoen vierkante meter aan warehouses.
Om onze groei te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en dynamische:
Business Development Manager: voor logistiek en light-industrial vastgoed in België.
Als Business Development Manager België rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Head of Business Development. Je speelt een sleutelrol binnen ons commercieel team en draagt actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw van onze portefeuille.
Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:
* De uitvoering van de commerciële strategie van (nieuwe) vastgoedprojecten in België.
* Proactief op zoek gaan naar potentiële huurders voor onze logistieke en light-industrial sites.
* Identificeren en initiëren van nieuwe ontwikkelingsopportuniteiten, zowel voor bestaande als toekomstige klanten.
* Het onderhouden van bestaande relaties en actief meebouwen aan onze klanten- en vastgoedportefeuille.
* Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het volledige commerciële traject, inclusief onderhandelingen en het afsluiten van contracten (verhuur en aankoop).
* Nauw samenwerken met collega's van onder meer Legal, Design & Engineering, Projectmanagement en Asset & Property Management.
* Het volgen van marktontwikkelingen op de voet en deze weten te vertalen naar nieuwe kansen voor onze business in België.
* Onderdeel zijn van een internationaal commercieel team met activiteiten in België, Nederland, Frankrijk, Spanje en Denemarken. Samen bouwen we aan een duurzame pan-Europese portefeuille.
Hoe ziet onze ideale collega eruit?
* Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring in de logistieke of vastgoedsector.
* Je hebt affiniteit met logistiek en light-industrial vastgoed.
* Je bent een gedreven, resultaatgerichte en discrete onderhandelaar met commerciële flair.
* Je bouwt vlot relaties op en weet duurzame samenwerkingen te creëren.
* Je werkt zelfstandig, proactief en neemt initiatief, maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team.
* Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in vastgoed, bouw, economie, rechten of logistiek.
* Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse en Franse taal.
