**Job Description:**
Proclinical is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support a portfolio in the Cystic Fibrosis therapy area. This field-based role involves engaging with healthcare professionals across Belgium and Luxembourg, with occasional office attendance in Brussels or the Netherlands for team meetings. The position offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time work.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and grow relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Drive sales and account management activities for a portfolio of four products, including pre-launch preparations for a new product.
- Analyze sales data and CRM insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Attend monthly face-to-face team meetings alternating between Brussels and the Netherlands.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Skills and Requirements:**
- Experience in specialty care or rare diseases; general practitioner-focused experience alone is not sufficient.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English; French is highly desirable.
- Valid driving license for travel within Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse healthcare professionals.
- Ability to analyze and utilize CRM data for account management.
