About the Team / Role

The Market Presence & Ecosystem role at 99Entrega is responsible for transforming market presence into authority, relationships, and qualified demand generation.

More than simply organizing events, this role acts as a bridge between commercial strategy, product positioning, and offline execution, ensuring that every external initiative strengthens 99Entrega’s value perception and drives real business impact.

Your role will be to connect product narratives, physical experiences, and ecosystem relationships to turn events, content, and activations into growth and acquisition engines.


In this role, you'll be…

* Presence & Events Strategy – Define narratives, experiences, and activations for strategic events (VTEX, ABF, etc.), ensuring alignment with ICP pain points, commercial objectives, and qualified demand generation.
* Brand Authority Activation – Structure initiatives and engagement agendas that strengthen 99Entrega’s relevance within the logistics, retail, and technology ecosystem, expanding brand authority and relationships with strategic stakeholders.
* Product Marketing applied to Offline – Translate product differentiators and features into experiences, content, and physical assets that reinforce perceived value, market education, and conversion.
* Sales & Ecosystem Enablement – Develop strategic materials and assets in partnership with Commercial Planning, Marketing, and Sales teams to support commercial conversations and accelerate negotiation cycles.
* Content & Social Presence – Leverage channels such as LinkedIn, PR, and co‑branded initiatives to amplify the insights, learnings, and narratives generated through in‑person activations.

* A strategic and execution‑oriented mindset – You connect positioning, acquisition, and brand experience while leading projects end‑to‑end with a hands‑on approach.
* A Growth & GTM mentality – You see events, content, and physical presence as channels for acquisition, relationship building, and demand generation.
* A consultative and analytical profile – You turn customer and market interactions into actionable insights and connect initiatives to business impact.
* Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills – You are comfortable navigating strategic discussions with leadership while coordinating cross‑functional teams and partners.
* Experience in Trade Marketing, GTM, PMM, Brand Experience, or B2B Marketing – You have experience leading initiatives focused on market presence, positioning, events, activations, or demand generation.
* Experience In Fast‑paced Environments Is a Plus – Background in technology, logistics, mobility, marketplaces, CRM, social selling, or B2B content strategies is a differential.
