As a IAM Architect at Upright Security, you will:
Design secure identity architectures tailored to client environments.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions.
Work with modern identity platforms (e.g. Okta, Auth0, SailPoint).
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Supporting our managed service ambitions and SaaS delivery model
Helping define technical reference architectures and reusable components
Stay up to date with industry tends and emerging technologies in the IAM space.
YOUR PROFILE
We're looking for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with a strategic mindset, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
You bring:
5+ years of experience in IT Security or IAM/IGA
Strong grip on IAM principles: authentication, authorization, provisioning, federation, and more
Hands-on experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD/EntraID, SailPoint, etc.
A solid architecture mindset – patterns, integration strategies, roadmap thinking
Familiarity with standards: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, LDAP
Strong communication skills in English; Dutch or French is a big plus
Bonus: Background in consulting or pre-sales
