HAYS IT is assisting one of their clients, active in the telecom industry, in their search for a freelance Tech Lead. We are looking for a Tech Lead for the TSS Journeys (Shared Services) cluster within the Product Journey Tribe. The Tech Lead is the technical conscience of the team and the right hand to the Solution Architect, ensuring that architectural decisions translate into concrete guidance, implementation standards and consistent delivery across internal teams and external vendor teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong stakeholder management, persuasive communication, coaching, and the ability to steer vendors in a complex multi‐team technical environment.
Minimum 5 years of technical leadership or senior solution design experience in enterprise environments.Experience with Snowflake or similar enterprise data platforms and CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure‐as‐code experience is also required.Strong software architecture and scalable system design expertise is preferred.English fluency is required. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
This is a long term project with possibility of extension, the start date is ASAP. Our client has a hybrid homeworking policy.
