Nature of the main tasks:
• Lead in the identification and deployment of a global out of-the-box ERP solutions to manage network business needs (covering all administrative matters: HR, finance, contract, logistics, real estate, service vehicles fleet, etc.)
• Lead the preparation of the architectural vision and elaboration
• Development and enhancement of architecture
• Analysis of organisational structures
• Analysis of information systems portfolio
• Analysis of enterprise business processes
• Corporate Data flow analysis
• IS costs/benefits analysis
• Lead the ERP implementation team and provide expertise and advice to all members
Knowledge and competences:
• Large and proved working experience with ERP for large scale organisations
• Solid analytical capability as well as excellent drafting and reporting skills. Rapid grasp of problems and capacity to identify issues and solutions
• Excellent capacity to work and communicate in a multilingual international diplomatic environment
• Creativity and flexibility
• Teamwork and capacity to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Business processes analysis
