Chief Human Resources OfficerHRHYBRIDThe Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a pivotal member of Materialise's executive leadership team, responsible for driving a people-first strategy that supports our mission of creating a better and healthier world through innovation in 3D printing. The CHRO will shape and lead the global HR agenda across talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational culture, compensation and benefits, and HR operations, ensuring alignment with Materialise's strategic goals.The CHRO will also play a critical role as a member of Materialise's Executive Committee to drive our strategic agenda throughout the company. This role oversees a global HR team of 40 professionals and is directly responsible for the well-being and engagement of 2,500 employees across 21 countries and 28 offices worldwide, ensuring alignment with Materialise’s strategic goals.
