Salesforce Solution Architect – Hybrid – Contract-to-Hire
I’m currently working with a major player in Belgium’s real estate space that’s expanding its Salesforce landscape and looking to bring in an experienced Solution Architect (Apex/LWC). This hybrid contract-to-perm role offers the opportunity to contribute to a large-scale digital transformation impacting a widely used internal platform.
What you’ll be doing
• Defining and delivering scalable Salesforce architecture across the platform
• Taking ownership of technical delivery, ensuring clean, efficient, and maintainable solutions
• Translating business needs into robust technical designs
• Supporting and guiding developers within the team
• Driving integrations between Salesforce and external/internal systems
What they’re looking for
• Strong background as a Salesforce Architect
• Deep expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Experience designing solutions within complex, integrated environments
• Solid knowledge of data models, security, and platform best practices
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
They’re looking to move quickly, with an immediate or short-notice start preferred.
