We are currently looking for an Operations Support Officer to support one of our clients in the financial sector.
Mission Context
As an Operations Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, while maintaining high standards of risk control, business continuity, and customer satisfaction.
You will act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and contribute to operational excellence through monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Function Description
Operational Support & Coordination
• Ensure day-to-day operational support and control
• Provide ad hoc support on projects
• Manage incidents and ensure proper reporting
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
• Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction
Risk & Control Management
• Perform operational controls within the defined scope
• Monitor and report operational risks
• Communicate control results to business stakeholders
• Define and follow up action plans in case of deviations
Language Requirements
• Dutch: Fluent or native
• French: Fluent or native
• English: Professional proficiency
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in the banking sector
Technical Skills
• Good expertise in MS Office
• Familiar with various IT tools
Nice to have:
• Strong interest in finance and banking products
• Experience in front-end and back-end daily banking processes
Soft Skills
• Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Stress-resistant and flexible
• Problem-solving mindset
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
Working Conditions
• Telework: 50% on-site / 50% remote
