This position is in Cargill’s food and bioindustrial business, where manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies rely on us to consistently deliver the products and services they need, and use our technical expertise and market knowledge to develop innovative products.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Business Developer, will sell Leman Cake Decorations products and solutions with focus on own capabilities into the Direct Channels (regional manufactures and Homebaking mainly) and through intermediaries such as distributors and resellers (artisanal bakery pastry).

In this role, you will nurture relationships with the direct channel partners and distributors, implement the company's sales activities and represent the organization to promote and sell creative products.

Key Accountabilities

• Help expand relationships with existing and new customers, providing products, services and customized creative solutions.

• Help analyze, develop and deliver product from différent tenders. Present and sell the developments to customers.

• Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.

• Support business growth by disseminating favorable information of the organization and its products and services.

• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate colleagues and management

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

•Minimum of four years of related work experience

• English & French, Dutch is a plus
