The role is focused on hands-on mechanical maintenance, while also supporting the structuring of maintenance processes and improving spare parts availability through supplier coordination.Role ResponsibilitiesMechanical MaintenanceCarry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical issues across conveyors, shredders, mills and transport systemsWork on motors, gearboxes and general mechanical componentsSpare Parts & Vendor SupportSupport sourcing of suppliers for mechanical components (for short notice delivery)Liaise with suppliers to ensure correct parts and delivery timelinesProcess & DocumentationFinalise the procedures and processes for existing maintenance activities and workflowsSupport improvements in maintenance planning and organisationRequirementsExperience in mechanical maintenance within industrial or production environmentsStrong hands-on knowledge of:-Electric motors and gearboxes-Shredders and milling equipment-Conveying and transport systemsExperience supporting spare parts management and supplier coordinationDutch and English required, French strong additionMust live in Belgium
