Your role
As First Operator/Line Manager, you will play a key role in running our production lines, ensuring that they operate at optimum levels in terms of safety, quality and productivity. You will be the right-hand man of the Production Lines Manager, contributing directly to the achievement of our production targets.
Your responsibilities
* Management: Training and monitoring your team, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and motivating team members with constructive feedback.
* Products: Ensuring quality control of raw materials and finished products, and ensuring that packaging and labelling comply with standards.
* Infrastructure: Manage production tools, maintain order and cleanliness, and check machine cleaning.
* Production: Supervising the start-up and monitoring of production, minimising waste and anticipating requirements for future production.
* Documents and traceability: Filling in the documents required for traceability and quality monitoring.
* Control and monitoring: Applying the quality control plan, taking part in inventories and suggesting improvements.
Your profile
* Experience in team management in a production environment.
* Proven skills in quality and people management.
* Rigour, precision and proactivity.
* Basic technical understanding and ability to operate machinery.
* Fluency in French.
