Responsibilities
* Working on operational excellence action plans to improve clients' performance
* Analyzing key processes and proposing solutions to simplify and improve
* Developing and delivering presentations to showcase findings and recommendations
* Implementing solutions and supporting teams until sustainable results are achieved
* Onboarding and training junior consultants to develop their talents
* Facilitating the implementation of corporate strategy for a smooth and efficient outcome
* Tracking results and pursuing continuous improvement
* Building trust as a reliable partner across the organization
Qualifications & Experience
* You are Master graduated in the field you like; Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, etc.
* You speak English and French; German would be ideal too
Experience
* Analyzing current business processes in a critical manner, planning and reporting data findings
* Providing solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
* Suggesting ways the business can adapt for the future
* Conducting and delivering quantitative research
* Strong numerical ability to analyze performance metrics
* Effectively managing projects from inception to completion
* Leading teams to secure positive outcomes for organizations
