Product Owner

Your mission:

As a Product Owner, your primary goal is to define, prioritize, and deliver high-value digital and operational solutions that align with business objectives. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that the product vision is effectively translated into actionable user stories and deliverables.

Your responsibilities:

1. Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business value.
3. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
4. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
5. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously refine the product.
6. Monitor key performance indicators and optimize product features accordingly.
7. Work in an Agile environment, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
8. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring an excellent user experience.

Your profile:

1. Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Experience in Agile methodologies and product ownership.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
6. Fluent in French or Dutch, with a strong command of English.
