6 Month Contract
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end purchasing and sales process within my clients SAP ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage the full order lifecycle, from purchase to delivery, using SAP
* Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order status updates
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution
* Maintain accurate customer and order records within the ERP system
Requirements
* Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
* Based in or willing to work on-site in Lummen
* 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service or Order Management role
* Proven experience working with SAP in a similar capacity
