Our Large Account Service department dedicated to large customers implementation projects is looking for new colleagues to join our amazing team. Their complex business needs will require a high effort of pre-sales analysis and functional advisory to convince them Odoo is the best ERP system to optimize their activity for the long term.
As an Experienced Project Manager, you will manage large customer's Odoo implementation projects. You'll be in direct contact with the clients to help them with the good use of Odoo Software (eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Project, Website...), helped by your team of Business Analysts and Developers.You'll start your Odoo journey in the Quick Start Team for few months by working on various SME's projects at the same time to learn the Odoo ways of working. Then, you'll progressively switch to the MMC department and work closely with Business Analysts in order to design and implement specific solutions for our bigger customers. As a Experienced Project Manager you will be involved in several implementations with a team of Business Analysts and Developers that you will have to coordinate.
As a representative of Odoo during Steering or Project Committee meetings, you will serve as the primary liaison between the client and Odoo teams. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of Odoo solutions are essential. Project Management (80%)
Organize, coach and guide your team of Business Analysts through the implementation of the agreed solutions (configuration & development)
Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget are met; Apply Odoos project governance and best practices to ensure high-quality outcomes
Define workloads, manage backlogs, and prioritize tasks across project phases
Provide feedback to the Product Owners

~ Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management: As already experienced in this domain, you have been actively involved in scope definition, planning definition, budget monitoring and you are familiar with Agile methodologies and IT Project lifecycle.
Fluent in English
Fluent in another European Language (French, Dutch, German, Spanish)
Fast learner, able to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Great team of dynamic people (+/-200), in a friendly and open culture.
Two weeks of intensive functional training with a final certification.
We want our Project Director to be able to implement Odoo from A to Z in any company, sector and business area. To achieve it, bringing people having a few years of experience on the field is necessary as well as an important plus for your application.
As already experienced in this domain, you have been actively involved in all kinds of accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank & cash reconciliations, general ledger, VAT transactions, consolidation, controlling and annual closing transactions.
As already experienced in this domain, you have been actively involved in supply chain activities such as demand planning, procurement, warehousing or transportation management.
As already experienced in this domain, you have been actively involved in manufacturing activities such as production planning, product lifecycle management, quality control or maintenance.
As already experienced in this domain, you have been actively involved in website related projects (website design, ecommerce management or SEO). A basic understanding of front-end development languages (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
As already experienced in this domain, you understand the challenges of the HR department and you are familiar with everything related to payroll, recruitment, employee contracts and time off management.
