Your Responsibilities | Legal – Administrative – Law Firm – Client Support - Part-time
* You will keep records and client files meticulously updated and organized.
* Under guidance from the partners, you will draft legal documents such as resolutions and minutes.
* You will manage both telephone and physical client interactions, ensuring a professional welcome.
* You will liaise with the accounting department to ensure accurate follow-up on billing matters.
* Coordination and communication with third parties, including notaries, will also be part of your responsibilities.

* You bring at least 3 years of experience as an administrative or legal secretary within a law firm or fiduciary in Luxembourg, allowing you to adapt quickly and efficiently.
* Fluency in both French and English is essential to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
* Your organized nature and proactive attitude will enable you to excel in managing your daily tasks smoothly and efficiently.
