Mission and key tasks
The mission of this internship is to develop innovative grain and seed-based products that enable customers to enrich their bakery applications with grains and seeds, adding improved quality, taste, convenience, and nutritional value.
As an intern, you will:
* Design and execute lab and pilot-scale trials to create and improve grain and seed products
* Evaluate product performance in final applications, including baking and sensory testing.
* Work independently, take ownership of your project, and manage your own planning.
* Collect, interpret, and report results to support product development.

Education
* Master student in Bioengineering, Food Technology, or related field
Work Experience
* Lab or pilot-scale experience is a plus
