At Global Vein‑to‑Vein (V2V) Excellence, we build and continuously strengthen the operational backbone for the next generation of CAR‑T cell therapies. Together, we enable success in a highly personalized, time‑critical environment through focused execution across planning, logistics, and manufacturing.
Why this role matters
As a Senior Business Analyst within Global Vein‑to‑Vein (V2V) Excellence, you play a key role in turning data into decisions and improvement into sustained performance. We operate in a highly complex, time‑critical environment where analytical insight, structured execution, and continuous improvement directly enable patient outcomes.
In this role, we rely on you to lead and support cross‑functional initiatives, develop meaningful performance insights, and help business partners in Plan & Deliver organisation to move from analysis to action. You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders, the Project Management Organization (PMO), and leadership to ensure priorities are clear, progress is visible, and improvement efforts translate into real operational impact. Through Kaizen, Gemba walks, and After Action Reviews, you help embed learning and drive disciplined execution across the organization.

* Translate analysis into action, supporting leadership decisions through targeted deep‑dives (e.g. ageing orders, inventory performance).
* Enable project execution and continuous improvement, supporting PMO ways of working, project intake and reviews, and facilitating Kaizen, Gemba, and AARs.
* Support strategic supply chain initiatives and lead cross‑functional projects, contributing to scope, planning, performance tracking, and timely delivery aligned with enterprise goals.
* Act as a connector across teams and partners, encouraging collaboration, alignment, and effective communication with internal customers and external partners (e.g. manufacturing sites, IMSC partners).
* Focus on process design & standardization, mapping, re-designing, and documenting end-to-end supply chain processes.
Ensure all process changes and improvements maintain compliance with regulatory, quality, and patient‑safety requirements
Qualifications Education
* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Business, Life Sciences, or related).
Experience And Skills
* Minimum 4 years of relevant supply chain, operations, or process excellence experience; experience in cell therapy or complex healthcare supply chains is desirable
* Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills; comfortable synthesizing data into clear recommendations
* Proven track record to lead cross‑functional projects in matrixed organizations and influence without direct authority
* Strong facilitation skills (AARs, Kaizen, Gemba) and experience applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
* Experience working in ambiguous, fast paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
* Strong execution mindset - able to move from analysis into action and get things done
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% as required
Preferred
* Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), APICS/CPIM, PMP or equivalent
* Familiarity with process governance frameworks, change control in regulated environments, and process mapping/performance dashboard tools
* Affinity for running day‑to‑day operations in addition to strategic improvement work
