Our client, a prominent player in the energy sector, is seeking a professional to support their domain-oriented data team in migrating legacy warehouse systems to a modern cloud environment. This role focuses on the end-to-end delivery of data products and the continuous improvement of the business intelligence landscape.
* Translate business requirements into technical designs and functional solutions.
* Perform data modeling within a cloud-based data platform.
* Develop and maintain visualizations and reports to support business insights.
* Monitor daily load jobs and ensure the operational continuity of data platforms.
* Manage incident and problem resolution while following change and release processes.
* Act as the primary functional contact point for business stakeholders.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience as a BI Consultant.
* 3+ years of experience working in a Microsoft Azure environment.
* 3+ years of experience with Databricks.
* 3+ years of experience with Python.
* Experience with Star Schema and Data Vault modeling.
* Experience with Data Management and ETL processes.
* Fluent in Dutch at C2 level.
Nice to Haves
* 3+ years of experience in information modeling and logical data modeling.
* Experience with Power BI and various reporting tools.
* Background in data analysis and requirements analysis.
* Experience in the energy sector and knowledge of market processes.
