🤸♂️ The job :
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting developer, sales, administrative, and legal profiles for Legacio and Enaos (France and Belgium).
You will work closely with the HR Manager and department managers to identify, attract, and recruit top talent, while meeting the specific needs of each entity.
This role is suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multilingual, and fast-growing environment. You will play a key role in our development.
👩🏫 Your missions :
* Manage the entire recruitment process for various profiles.
* Collaborate with managers to analyze needs, draft accurate job descriptions, and define acquisition strategies.
* Both source (hunt talents) and attract candidates through different channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, job fairs).
* Conduct interviews and assess both the technical and interpersonal skills of candidates.
* Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with local labor regulations (France and Belgium) and best soft HR practices.
* Build and maintain a qualified talent pool to anticipate future hiring needs.
* Develop innovative recruitment strategies.
* Support the integration of new employees by ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, with expertise in IT or sales profiles.
* Full professional proficiency in at least two of the following languages: French, Dutch, and English, both spoken and written.
* Proven experience in a multilingual recruitment environment.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
* A team spirit combined with autonomy, and the ability to thrive in a demanding yet human work environment.
* Excellent communication, talent assessment, and interpersonal skills.
