This position reports to the Global Pricing, Rebates and Commissions Team Leader in the Commercial Centre of Excellence.The primary responsibility is to manage prices for the Vespel business in the American region by providing key support for pricing in the Salesforce Pricing system (Business Administration) and tracking metrics to support sales and improve revenue. In addition to regional pricing coordination, the role involves providing administrative support for local sales activities in the American region under the guidance of the Vespel American sales manager.Job Responsibilities / Activities: Responsible for managing the SAP accounts in the Power App/Sales Force/SAP for Vespel NA distributors and LA customers, as well as providing support to the sales and CSR teams. Managing pricing, including updating price lists, obtaining COM data from the manufacturing site, maintaining surcharges and processing price increases.Act as Regional Business Administrator for the pricing tool (SFDC, SharePoint, RFQ&PA and Power Apps), including governance of the approval process, providing troubleshooting support, training new users and conducting annual user reviews.Responsibility for managing quotations for both Parts and Shapes for NA and LA customers. Working closely with account managers to create quotations in the RFQ system to estimate costs and pricing.Provide pricing guidance in collaboration with account managers.Manage all sales-related contracts and approval flows in SFDC.Manage all accruals and payouts for rebate and commission agreements.Support American commercial leaders with sales operations-related activities, including accounts receivable collection, distributor management, Power BI maintenance for monthly sales and transfer reports, and arranging meetings etc.Submit PS&R requests to the Regulatory Team to obtain regulatory files for some customers.Provide backup support for other regional / businesses pricing coordinators.Undertake other ad hoc activities or projects.Key Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.Fluent in written and spoken English.Proven experience in SAP and SAP pricing flows, and Salesforce pricing management.Data analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft office tools / automations (like Excel Macros, Power BI, PowerApps).Ability to understand workflows and processes, and to follow up with a continuous improvement mindset.Demonstrated cross-functional communication skills (with business/account/product managers, CSR, SC etc.).Ability to prioritize and support critical sales and pricing tasks flexibly in line with changes in the business environment.Willing to work under pressure.Ability to collaborate positively and proactively with other departments.Availability to work hybrid mode (4 days on site) in Alphaville - Barueri.加入我们的人才社区 并与我们保持联系!
