Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Process Expert in Information Technology. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful change.

You will join an Agile Process Coaching team, empowering teams, strengthening IT excellence, and ensuring efficient, effective, and compliant ways of working. You will guide colleagues to deliver more value while keeping pace with regulatory expectations and the process framework of the client organization. This is a unique opportunity to influence Agile ways of working at the heart of the organization, all under the Keystone Solutions consultancy model.
Your Future Responsibilities:
* Define and maintain IT processes aligned with the client’s process framework, creating consistency and standardization across teams (e.g. delivery management, organization, sourcing, risk and security management, etc.).
* Ensure compliance and proactively identify gaps or improvement needs caused by sources such as IT Group rules, National Bank of Belgium, or EU regulations.
* Coach and collaborate with key partners, enabling them to steer and continuously simplify and optimize processes across the organization.
* Support process maturity assessments and contribute to process documentation within the agile referential.
Language Requirements:
* Dutch: Optional
* French: Optional
* English: Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
Education:
* Master degree or equivalent experience
Certification:
* Optional: lean, IT framework
Work Location and Telework:
* Onsite in Brussels, no travel required
* Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking
Required Experience:
* At least 10 years of relevant experience
Technical Experience:
* Mandatory:
o Strong analytical skills, able to create structure in complex matters
o Proven experience in IT delivery and/or Production
o Clear communication, effective collaboration, and excellence in multidisciplinary environments
o Ability to facilitate and coach workshops with multiple stakeholders
o Ability to produce high-quality written content and structure information cleanly
* Preferable:
o Experience with process improvement techniques (e.g., PDCA, value stream mapping, etc.)
o Familiarity with IT management frameworks
o Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
Business Experience:
* Mandatory: Experience in IT
* Preferable: Experience in the banking sector
