* German (C2) + English (C1) OR

Dutch (C2) + English (C1) (French is a plus for Benelux)
* Salary: €23,800 – €24,300 gross/year + up to €3,400 – €4,300 bonus
* Work Model: Hybrid (Barcelona) – Relocation Support Available for Work-Permitted Candidates

Job Overview

This role is not just onboarding — you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients launch, optimize, and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns with long-term impact.


What You'll Do

* Onboard and manage a portfolio of new business clients

* Develop and launch high-performing PPC / Google Ads campaigns

* Understand client objectives and provide tailored digital strategies

* Drive upselling, increased ad spend, and long-term account growth

* Manage a high volume of outbound interactions (calls, emails, CRM updates)
* Build strong relationships and position yourself as a strategic advisor

* Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and scalability


What We're Looking For

* ~2 years experience in sales, digital marketing, or account management
* Strong understanding or interest in Google Ads / PPC / digital marketing ecosystem
* Experience working with clients in a target-driven environment

* Ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, persuasive way

* Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and accounts


Market-Specific Strengths


German Market:

* Understanding of German business culture & decision-making

* Ability to engage structured, ROI-focused clients

* Awareness of GDPR and data privacy expectations


Benelux Market:

* Understanding of multilingual environments and stakeholder complexity
* Ability to manage diverse client expectations across NL/BE

* Strong adaptability and communication flexibility
