We are looking for a
As MARKET MANAGER health & beauty, you play a central role in shaping Oleon’s commercial and strategic initiatives across your assigned region. You translate market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback into actionable opportunities that drive business growth while supporting account managers in strategic decisions and regional business development.
You focus on understanding market dynamics, customer needs, and regional trends. By analyzing these insights, you identify growth opportunities, anticipate challenges, and propose initiatives that create win-win solutions for Oleon and its customers. You also develop and monitor pricing strategies, ensuring our portfolio remains competitive and aligned with both regional requirements and Oleon’s business objectives.
Collaboration is key: you work closely with business managers, account managers, application managers, and product managers to maintain a strong innovation pipeline, prepare and launch new offerings, and coordinate cross-functional efforts. You help adapt solutions to local needs, strengthen relationships with strategic customers, and represent Oleon at trade fairs and industry events.
This role is primarily strategic and commercial but also requires hands-on problem-solving when urgent issues arise. You monitor the performance of your region, track progress against objectives, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business results, securing sustainable growth and reinforcing Oleon’s position as a trusted partner in the health & beauty industry.
You'll succeed if:
1. You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in the health & beauty industry, in roles such as product manager, market manager, or similar positions.
2. A master’s degree in a scientific field is considered an asset.
3. You have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and align diverse personalities toward common goals.
4. You are fluent in English and have professional proficiency in Dutch or French.
5. You are internationally minded, mobile, and willing to travel up to 30% of your time.
