You will work as a senior functional analyst in a large-scale digital transformation program, focused on the modernization of a complex, business-critical application landscape. The context is a highly regulated environment with strong demands on reliability, traceability, and quality. You translate business analysis into clear, technically grounded functional and technical analyses that can be directly consumed by development and test teams working in Agile delivery cycles.
Your responsibilities include
* Translating business analyses into functional and technical analyses aligned with architectural standards and interface specifications.
* Producing "sprint-ready" backlog items with clear functional, technical, and acceptance criteria, deliverable within 3-week sprints.
* Coordinating closely with developers, testers, architects, and service managers to ensure shared understanding of scope, constraints, and expected outcomes.
* Defending and clarifying analyses during Agile refinement ceremonies.
* Ensuring stakeholders have a realistic view on delivery scope, timelines, and constraints.
* Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contributing to problem definition and solution identification in case of production incidents.
* Qualifying and validating test datasets and supporting root-cause analysis of application issues.
* Contributing to knowledge sharing and coaching junior analysts within the team.
What are we looking for?
* You have
at least 10 years of experience
as a Functional Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role in complex IT environments.
* You have proven experience working in
Agile/Scrum delivery
, including refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition.
* You have strong experience with
functional and technical analysis
, including modelling and design tools (UML, sequence diagrams, data models)You have hands-on experience producing
acceptance criteria
for both business and technical validation.
* You are comfortable working in
complex, multi-team delivery contexts
with strong architectural governance.
* You can read and analyze data using
SQL
to support validation, error analysis, and troubleshooting.
* You have at least a
basic knowledge of testing methodologies
and how analysts support testing activities.
* Experience acting as
project coordinator or project manager
in addition to analysis responsibilities.
* Experience in
modernization projects
, including migration from monolithic architectures to
microservices-based architectures

* Experience in domains such as Accounting, Transaction and order management, Rule engines, Interface and integration management is nice to have
* Familiarity with tools such as
