What will you be doing in this role?
* Gather and analyze client requirements to deliver actionable insights.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions.
* Ensure that proposed solutions are clearly understood and appropriately adopted.
* Provide detailed, expert advice on the application of your area of specialization to organizational planning and operations.
* Analyze, adjust, and resolve operational requirements and gaps related to the organization's portfolio of IT infrastructure and services.
* Act as a key advisor on the identification of new operational requirements and verify resource assessments as needed.
* Monitor IT service management and operations implementation across local service units.
* Assess and recommend improvements to service performance, availability, and capacity at local units — including equipment, processes, methodology, technical expertise, and staffing.
* Coordinate service delivery initiatives with other relevant organizational entities (e.g., asset management, procurement, strategy teams).
* Collaborate with quality assurance teams to stay aligned with service delivery requirements, measure outcomes, and recommend capability enhancements.
* Create and maintain documentation for methods and tools.
* Apply standard data modelling and design techniques based on a detailed understanding of requirements.
* Define, modify, and maintain data structures and their related components.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
* Experience in the development of Operations Research/Analysis supporting models and tools, staff decision aids, databases, data collection and/or survey tools.
* Experience in the application of Operations Research/Analysis techniques (such as structured problem analysis, statistical analysis, simulation and optimization).
* Significant experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Support management roles.
* Experience leading teams, managing staff resources, and developing personnel.
* Demonstrated ability to operate in matrix organizations, with exposure to multi-stakeholder environments and complex governance structures.
* Experience contributing to operational planning, resource allocation, and risk management processes.
* Demonstrated knowledge of service management best practices, processes, and performance management.
* Training/Certifications:
o ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent recognized Service Management framework certification).
o PRINCE2 Foundation certification (or equivalent recognized Service Management framework certification).
* Excellent command of spoken and written English, with proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing (C1).
