Employment conditions What’s in it for you? A full-time position starting with a permanent contract. You will work within a flexible schedule, with a start time between 10:00 and 11:00 AM, finishing between 6:00 and 7:00 PM, depending on the partner’s schedule. Occasionally, you may be asked to handle urgent minor matters. Your flexibility is rewarded with a very attractive salary package ranging from €3,500 to €4,500 gross per month, depending on your experience, complemented by meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, and a 10% annual bonus, based on the achievement of objectives. Your responsibilities in this role: You act as the first point of contact for the office and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations You welcome visitors and are responsible for general office management You handle a wide range of administrative tasks and daily requests You provide direct support to one specific team member You manage calendars and coordinate meetings You organize travel arrangements and support with invoicing and administrative follow-up Your profile You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment You are comfortable working under deadlines while managing a wide variety of tasks You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience You have an excellent command of English and Spanish ; knowledge of French is considered a strong asset You are proactive, motivated, and flexible You are comfortable with direct and open communication Your new company Our client is based in the center of Brussels, easily accessible by public transport.
