We are looking for an AI Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into business and functional specifications for IT solutions. Your role ensures that systems and applications meet business needs and deliver value.
JOB PROFILE
Translate business needs into actionable AI and data-driven solution designs, ensuring feasibility and strategic alignment.
Analyze complex datasets, build tailored data models, and generate insights that drive informed decision-making.
Design intuitive prototypes and user interfaces while coordinating UAT to ensure solutions meet user and business expectations.
Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Establish and enforce data standards, quality controls, GDPR compliance, and AI governance across all data processes.
Contribute to the architecture and continuous improvement of AI, ML, NLP, and analytics ecosystems, including anomaly detection and data mining capabilities.
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
Good command of BPMN, UML, or equivalent modelling standards.
Knowledge of ML algorithms, techniques, and LLMs.
Knowledge of graph databases.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Understanding of the NLP solution lifecycle and agile development methodologies.
Experience in big data analytics
Proficiency in Python, R, PERL or related scripting languages
Good knowledge of SQL tooling (NoSQL DB, MongoDB, Hadoop, SQL)
Experience in one or more areas: predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics, sentiment analysis, topic detection, social media data processing, plagiarism detection, anomaly/trend detection, recommender systems.
Fluency in English. B1+ level in French will be considered an advantage.
