* Execute order management processes from order placement to invoice.
* Coordinate shipment preparation.
* Manage Market's allocation constraints (shelf life, lot number requirements).
* Proactively identify and resolve order-related issues. Act as the point of contact to internal and/or external customers to keep them informed about the status of pending orders and delivery details.
* Ensure all distribution activities meet market/distributor needs. Successfully manage customer expectations.
* Ensure compliance in day-to-day operations and timely escalation to management when required.
Profile
* Bachelor / University degree
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer service and order processing and/or supply chain environment.
* High level of self-motivation and flexibility coupled with good interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment (multi-cultural / Multi-channel, …)
* Stress resistant and strong ability to deal with and perform under pressure.
* Good analytical skills
* Seeks and strives for permanent improvement.

* Strong communication skills.
