We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Electromechanical / Automation Field Engineer to join our pioneering Aerospace Systems team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and loves being on the move. You'll be the key technical interface between our cutting-edge aerospace solutions and our customers across Europe and beyond.
As a Field Engineer, you'll work directly on advanced aerospace equipment, ensuring flawless installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You'll have the chance to travel, work with top-tier clients, and represent a brand shaping the future of flight technology.
Key Responsibilities
 * Install, commission, and maintain electromechanical and automated systems used in aerospace applications.
 * Perform on-site troubleshooting and technical support to ensure peak system performance.
 * Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback from the field, driving product improvements.
 * Train customers and partners on system operation and maintenance.
 * Travel extensively to customer sites (domestic and international), representing the company with professionalism and technical excellence.
 * Maintain documentation and reports for all service and support activities.
Qualifications
 * Degree or technical diploma in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
 * Strong understanding of mechanical systems, automation, and control systems.
 * Experience in field service, installation, or technical support roles is a strong advantage.
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Willingness to travel frequently and work independently in the field.
 * Valid driver's license.

 * Competitive salary: €3,000 – €7,500 per month (depending on experience and seniority).
