Requirements What do you need to succeed in this position?Master's degree with at least 15 years or Bachelor's degree with at least 19 years of relevant professional experienceMinimum 10 years of experience in project management and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Lean Agile)Minimum 10 years of experience in meeting facilitation and 5 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft OfficeProven track record as a Product Owner, with mandatory experience in the healthcare domainStrong expertise in CRM practices, stakeholder mapping, and customer segmentation analysisExperience in developing adoption dashboards and reports, along with knowledge of change management frameworks (PM2 is a plus)Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner and ITIL Foundation (or equivalent)Fluency in English; Dutch (C1) and French (B1) would be considered as an advantage
