2. Technical Advisory & Collaboration
Be the Expert: Act as a key technical advisor to Business Analysts, translating functional needs into technical reality.
Bridge the Gap: Partner closely with IT Service teams to ensure seamless system transitions and high-availability operations.
Empower Others: Facilitate knowledge transfer, document system architectures, and lead user training sessions to ensure long-term project success.
3. Governance & Security
Integrity First: Maintain strict adherence to corporate IT governance, ensuring all solutions meet global standards.
Guardian of Data: Uphold the highest standards of information security and data privacy, proactively managing change requests and security reporting.
What You Bring
Technical Expertise:
Cloud Native: Deep experience with AWS or Azure and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
Polyglot Developer: Proficiency in C# or Java, paired with modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
Data Driven: Strong grasp of both RDBMS (MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) database design.
Integration Savvy: Expert knowledge of RESTful APIs and message-based architectures.
Experience & Skills:
The Track Record: At least 6 years in IT development, with 3+ years specifically focused on cloud-based system design.
Methodology: Fluent in Agile environments and DevSecOps workflows.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with the communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Language: Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
Bonus Points:
Prior experience in the Insurance/ Financial domain.
Background in Project Management or Business Analysis.
