About the Role
We are looking for a SAP FICO Consultant with 3–4 years of experience to join an international environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO, preferably in implementation projects or in maintenance roles with a strong focus on enhancements (not only ticket resolution).
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and analyse business requirements from users
* Design functional solutions aligned with business needs
* Perform SAP configuration/customisation (parametrization)
* Support testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
* Contribute to continuous improvements and system enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
* 3–4 years of experience in SAP FICO
* Experience in implementation projects or in maintenance with evolutive tasks (not only incident/ticket handling)
* Strong knowledge of SAP FI modules:
* General Ledger (GL)
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Accounts Receivable (AR)
* Asset Accounting (AA)
* Treasury basics (bank statement processing)
* Experience in CO modules focused on:
* Costs and revenues
* Investments with WBS (PEP)
* Understanding of integration with MM and SD modules (e.g. account determination, goods receipt to financial flow)
* Experience working in multinational environments, ideally with exposure to reporting and tax-related processes
Nice to Have
* Experience in large, international organisations
* Exposure to financial reporting and tax processes
* Knowledge of SAP CO advanced modules (COPA, COPC) is not required
Languages
* English: Reading level required
* Spanish: Mandatory
