Key Responsibilities :
* Lead the IAM Services Team in delivering secure, efficient access management services.
* Ensure day-to-day operations such as stakeholder requests, compliance audits, and support tasks are executed effectively.
* Define, prioritize, and refine product backlog aligned with organizational security and access governance objectives.
* Measure and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of IAM services.
* Collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and other IAM Teams(Projects & Technology) for seamless integration of initiatives.
* Coach Team members on Agile principles and facilitate an Agile culture within the team.
* Set clear goals for the teams, support execution, and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
* Work with the Scrum Master to identify performance improvements and maintain operational excellence.
* Provide expert guidance on Identity and Access Management operations, policies, and frameworks.
Experience Required:
* Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
* Proficiency with Agile tools, especially Rally.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
* Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Garancy, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
