As part of our operations organization, you will be responsible for Claims handling in Motor and Property / Liability.

* Represent your client’s interests with the various insurers / experts / repair shops
* Manage and follow-up claim files
* Take initiatives and decisions in time to ensure accurate, timely and efficient processing of files.
* Be the client’s point of contact for insurance claims management
* Build and maintain a trusting relationship with clients, insurers, experts and lawyers
* Analyze claims reports and review applicable policy conditions
* Communicate and negotiate with insurers, lawyers and experts
* Identify any problems and to seek solutions together with the team
Vereisten
What you need to have:
* 5 years experience in the insurance business
* Bilingual NL & FR
* Good knowledge of English
* Customer orientation and business insight
* Team spirit
* Autonomy and pro- and reactivity to respond to clients queries
* Ability to set your priorities and to multitask
