Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager - Real Estate Sector will have the following responsibilities :
* Develop and execute strategic marketing plans
* Generate qualified leads for the sales team
* Manage communication on social media
* Collaborate with external partners for content creation (copywriters, press agencies, etc.)
* Design and launch marketing events
* Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide detailed reports to optimize future initiatives
* Contribute to the development of a mobile application in the long term
The Successful Applicant
* 5+ years of marketing experience
* Passion for real estate
* Proven success in lead generation and B2C sales
* Proficiency in CRM systems
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
* Expertise in digital marketing, particularly SEA and SEO
* Dutch native, fluent in French
