Within our team, we mostly focus on improving reward policies and practices. We support our clients on topics ranging from reduction of employment costs to the setup of compensation & benefits strategies. Your key responsibilitiesCollaborate with reward consultants and clients to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance compensation and benefits strategies.Analyze and visualize data to support decision-making and operational excellence.Contribute to the digital transformation of HR processes using analytics, automation, and emerging technologies (e.G., AI, process mining).Translate client needs into actionable insights and digital solutions.Work with colleagues across Belgium and internationally to deliver high-quality client service.What we look forYou have an innovative, analytical, and collaborative mindset that strives to deliver exceptional experience to our clients.You’re hungry to learn, experiment, and grow personally and professionally.
