Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Private Equity Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in private banking or a related client-facing investment role. The candidate will be actively involved in fundraising efforts and investment analysis across private equity funds and direct investments.
Key Responsibilities
* Support fundraising activities, including preparation of marketing materials and investor communications
* Participate in client interactions and contribute to capital raising initiatives
* Conduct in-depth due diligence on private equity funds and co-investment opportunities
* Perform financial analysis, valuation, and investment modeling
* Assist in the selection and monitoring of external fund managers
* Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal committees and clients
* Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reporting
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory
* Strong understanding of private equity and alternative investments
* Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or client coverage is highly desirable
* Solid analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
