We are looking for a Workstation Support Engineer to join our team. You will play a critical role in configuring, maintaining, and supporting client devices, while ensuring compliance with strict security guidelines. This position involves hands-on technical work, sprint-based delivery, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Provide first and second-level support for end-user ICT assets.
Perform workstation configuration and staging using Microsoft Configuration Manager (Mcm) and related tools.
Manage software updates, patches, and upgrades in compliance with security standards.
Deliver application packaging, deployment, and image development for fixed and mobile workstations.
Support VIPs with dedicated workstation configuration and troubleshooting.
Conduct equipment testing, documenting serviceability, and maintaining accurate records.
Participate in sprint-based planning, execution, and review to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Investigate and resolve technical issues systematically, ensuring continuous improvement
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in computer network technologies within Microsoft environments.
Strong knowledge of IT administration tools such as:
Microsoft Configuration Manager
Active Directory
Microsoft App-V or equivalent
Citrix / VMware
Dell Thin Device Management
Group Policy Management
Experience (3-5 years) with:
Windows operating systems
Windows desktop applications (MS Office, Adobe, etc.)
IT Hardware and auxiliary computer equipment
ITIL Foundation certification.
A valid NATO-Secret security clearance is required for this role.
