Job Description
The Business Center Director West-Flanders will steer and develop the Relationship Advisory Team within West-Flanders, building relationships with top clients in the region to enhance the bank's position and increase market share. The strategic challenges involved are as follows:
1. Responsible for setting and achieving ambitious client & business growth targets for the region (new client acquisition, increase NPS, etc)
2. Implement omnichannel advice for all customers in the Relationship segment
3. Final responsibility for the clients in scope and P&L ownership for the Relationship segment in geographical area BC West-Flanders
4. People management: Inspire and motivate the commercial team
5. Safe & Compliant: responsible for delivery a safe and secure advice experience compliant with relevant internal & external rules & legislation
6. Collaboration: ensures optimal cross-segment corporation with stakeholders and departments
