As Production Supervisor, you will focus on team leadership, planning, and cross-functional coordination, rather than hands-on cleanroom work.
If you bring 3–5+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment and are looking to grow into a supervisory role, this could be a strong next step.
Lead and supervise teams throughout the CAR-T production process
Manage team planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (efficiency, quality, cost)
Coach, develop, and support team members
Support hiring and team expansion efforts
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field (bio-engineering, pharmacy, life sciences), or equivalent experience
Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (pharma, biotech, medical devices, or food)
Ability to motivate and guide an intercultural team
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Good understanding of GMP and cleanroom operations
Comfortable with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
This is a permanent position operating in a 4-days-on / 4-days-off shift structure, offering a competitive salary and benefits package including shift premiums, double pay on Sundays, meal vouchers, insurance coverage, and performance-related bonuses.
