You'll build Dalton's marketing engine from scratch. Video content, conference presence, webinars, paid campaigns, brand messaging. This is hands-on work: you'll record videos, run webinars, manage booth setups, and optimize ad campaigns yourself.
Create and distribute video content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels
Build content programs (blog, social, email, case studies)
Drive thought leadership for founders and team
Develop co-marketing partnerships
Experience creating and distributing video content at scale
Comfortable on camera or on stage (or coaching others)
Conference speaking or event marketing background (plus)
