You’ll lead negotiations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure customer satisfaction remains top-tier; all while driving business growth and innovation. /ppstrongYour key responsibilities will include: /strong /pulliLeading commercial negotiations aligned with Aisin’s business strategy /liliTranslating customer needs into actionable insights for internal teams /liliManaging and coordinating automotive projects /liliMonitoring customer KPIs and driving improvement plans /liliPreparing accurate sales forecasts and budgets /liliCoaching and developing a Key Account Coordinator /liliContinuously learning and participating in internal/external training /li /ul Profil pstrongMust-Haves /strong: /pulliUniversity degree (preferably in business/sales) /liliSolid experience in OEM Sales (5+ years) /liliStrong negotiation and project coordination skills /liliFluent in English /liliDetail-oriented and organized /liliWillingness to travel occasionally /li /ulpstrongNice-to-Haves: /strong /pulliWorking knowledge of French /liliAdvanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word Outlook /li /ul Offre pstrongApplications submitted by external recruitment agencies will not be considered.
