BJob Description /bbr /pbHospitality Talents /b, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality profiles, is currently looking for an experienced and dynamic bCluster Sales Manager /b to join the team of our client, a prestigious hotel group operating multiple properties in Antwerp. br / /ppThe group is expanding its presence in the Belgian market, with plans to open more hotels in the future. br / /ppResponsibilities As the Cluster Sales Manager, you will be the commercial department's point of contact for clients, team members, and other hotel departments. You will identify with the product and contribute to the further development of the hotels. br / /ppYour key responsibilities include: br / /pulliDeveloping sales objectives and annual plans according to the corporate strategy and translating them into actions. br / /liliActively prospecting the local and national market and seeking new opportunities. br / /liliBuilding and maintaining an internal and external network. br / /liliRegularly visiting new and existing clients to maintain relationships. br / /liliCreating visibility by attending in-house events, networking events, trade fairs, and workshops. br / /liliContributing to exceptional guest service and providing guidance where needed. br / /liliBeing an active member of the management team. br / /li /ulbr / br /RequirementspProfile For this role, we are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. You should have the skills to set strategic directions for the sales department at the cluster level.
