Reporting to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the life sciences product and service range to customers, in line with the defined marketing and commercial plan.
Your main responsibilities
* Managing and retaining the existing customer portfolio ;
* Developing prospecting activities with new customers in the life sciences research sector ;
* Analysing and understanding customer issues or needs and proposing suitable solutions to their requests or challenges ;
* Promoting the products across our full range (consumables and equipment) ;
* Preparing commercial proposals ;
* Following up and negotiating offers and quotations.
Description of the profile
* You hold a higher education degree (bachelor's level) in life sciences, bio‑engineering, … or have equivalent experience
* You are customer‑ and service‑oriented and enjoy taking on challenges
* You are familiar with the laboratory environment and the expectations of researchers
* You are able to work independently
