Your role As a Credit & Collections Officer, you take full ownership of accounts receivable management from A to Z. You actively follow up on outstanding invoices and engage in conversations with customers who pay late or not at all. This is done mainly by phone, supported by email and administrative follow-up. You work with different types of customers, which means you adapt your communication style smoothly to each context. You operate in an environment with pressure, targets and clear expectations.
