PEOPLE OPERATIONS LEAD
Key Responsibilities
* Building and Scaling HR Infrastructure: The team's various administrative functions contribute directly to the HR infrastructure.
* Optimizing People Administration: This encompasses payroll, taxes, social security, reporting, global mobility, and contract management.
* Managing HR Systems & Data: Extensive reporting responsibilities highlight the importance of data management.
* Supporting the Employee Lifecycle: From pre-boarding to offboarding, including managing maternity/paternity leave, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Administering Compensation & Benefits: This involves managing various benefits like restaurant tickets, medical insurance, and conducting salary reviews and benchmarking.
* Ensuring Compliance & Policy: Tasks related to the general administration of payroll and contracts indicate a focus on compliance.
* Providing Employee Support: Handling inquiries and general employee assistance is part of the team's daily activities, including contact with the business through HRBPs.
* Analyzing HR Data: Reporting tasks provide crucial data for analysis and decision-making.
* Collaborating & Managing Vendors: The administration of certain benefits implies vendor interaction.
Your Profile
* Experience: 5+ years in People Operations or a similar HR role, with a focus on process design and team leadership.
* We are looking for a candidate who brings a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a genuine passion for people.
* Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Technical Skills: Proficient with HRIS platforms and HR technology.
* HR Expertise: Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Spain.
* Key Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail, proactive, self-starting, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
* Education & Language: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (certifications a plus).
* Fluency in English and Spanish
