Job Title: Citrix System Engineer – Group Server Team (Windows)
Duration: 9 months - Hybrid
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Role Summary
The Citrix System Engineer will be responsible for managing and supporting the Windows and Citrix Server environments. This includes handling day-to-day operations and providing second-level support for technical issues that the helpdesk cannot resolve.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of Windows and Citrix Server environments (80% Windows, 20% Citrix)
Provide second-level support for complex cases (assist helpdesk)
Investigate and troubleshoot environment or user issues
Work as part of a team of 6 members
Required Skills and Experience
Must-Have Skills: Citrix:
Virtual Apps and Desktops Delivery Controllers
StoreFront, Citrix Workspace app, Director, Studio
Profile Management, NetScaler (on-premises)
Medior-level experience (operational, not architect-level)
Windows Server :
Medior-level experience with Windows Server
Languages:
Fluent in English
Dutch or French: Native proficiency (mandatory)
Networking and Security:
Solid understanding of networking and security principles

Certifications:
Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (CCA-V)
Citrix Certified Associate – App Delivery and Security (CCA-AppDS)

MS Exchange

NetApp Storage Management (L1-2)
PRTG monitoring
Anti-malware solutions (Trend Micro Deep Security, Scanmail, Mailmarshall, TMCM)
