We are looking for an Ethics & Business Integrity Manager who is proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven to join our Ethics & Business Integrity team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.

About the role

You will be responsible for maintaining and operationalizing our Ethics & Business Integrity program in Benelux. This includes managing compliance risks, supporting business stakeholders, and fostering an ethical culture across the organization. You will ensure adherence to local industry regulations and contribute to global initiatives that strengthen our compliance framework.

Who you’ll work with

You will work closely with Benelux business leaders, local teams such as Legal and Medical Affairs teams, and Global Ethics & Business Integrity representatives. Collaboration across functions is key, as you will advise colleagues on healthcare interactions and support the development of compliance standards. You will also engage with external industry associations to stay ahead of regulatory trends.

What you’ll do

1. Implement and maintain local compliance policies, procedures, and programs in line with regulations and codes.
2. Perform compliance risk management and oversee due diligence processes for outsourced activities.
3. Perform field- and/or desk- monitoring activities as described in the annual plan.
4. Deliver Ethics & Business Integrity training to employees and third parties.
5. Support audits and reviews, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
6. Advise business stakeholders on ethical practices and foster a compliance-driven culture.
7. Participate in local industry trade groups to maintain regulatory awareness.
8. Participate in Benelux Leadership team meetings.

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

9. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
10. CCEP/CCP-I Certification or alternative E&BI education program is an advantage.
11. Ideally 2 years of experience in healthcare regulatory or consulting roles.
12. Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and compliance best practices.
13. Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across all levels.
14. Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French is a plus.
15. Ability to work independently, solve problems, and collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
